What to expect at your at your appointment
Maintain Accurate Records
To help us you will be asked to provide some basic information, including your address and date of birth.
Your Podiatrist
We will discuss your medical history, current medications, and any concerns you may have before beginning treatment.
30 Minutes
Most appointments last approximately 30 minutes, allowing sufficient time assess and treat your foot care needs. If your treatment requires additional time, there will be no extra charge.
Follow up care
If further treatment or review appointments are required, your podiatrist will discuss this with you and provide appropriate advice and recommendations.
All treatments are carried out with the highest standards of care, professionalism and attention to your individual needs.
Children's Foot Care
Children’s feet develop rapidly and can be particularly vulnerable to a range of foot problems. Early assessment and treatment can help prevent issues from developing later in life.
We take extra care when treating children, ensuring they feel comfortable and reassured throughout their appointment. Treatment plans and recommendations will always be fully explained to both the child and their parent or guardian.
Assistance for Older Patients
Some patients may require assistance with removing hosiery or footwear before treatment. For health and safety reasons, we are only able to assist with garments and footwear below the knee.
Comfort At Appointments
To make the appointment as comfortable and efficient as possible, we recommend wearing loose-fitting clothing and short socks or pop socks where appropriate.
